Why do Spanish-speaking players talk to each other on opposing teams during a game?

Well obviously big rivals wouldn’t talk to each other. But you always see players of opposing teams conversing at first base and such. They’re just chillin, i dunno where you supposedly used to play, but in the game of baseball it’s kind of the nature of the game to chat it up from time to time with the opposing team.
