Why do some words stay in English and not translate to Spanish, i.e., Houston, Internet?

These words are proper nouns and, as a default, nouns or words within a sentence that begin with a capital letter and are not the first word of the sentence, are not translated. However, you can change this option under Tools | Options | Translation | Advanced Translation Options, turning off the option Literal Proper Nouns.
