Why do some women have t wave inversion as a normal variant on ecg?
This can be a normal variant in men as well as women. The T wave is a very lable phenomenon and can be affected by normal variability in the minerals or electrolytes in your blood, by heavy breathing and by vigorous activity. It may also be affected in some leads by the axis or electrical direction of depolarization of the heart. I don’t believe there are T wave variants that are specific only to women.
