Why do some users get an ActiveX error message when trying to install the Verizon Broadband Toolbar?
Your Internet security settings might be on High. This setting will prevent ActiveX controls from running. To install the Verizon Broadband Toolbar, you must have ActiveX controls enabled. To do this, follow these simple steps: • From your browser, select Tools > Internet Options • Click on the Security Tab • Click on the Internet icon in the window • Change security setting to Medium • Click OK • Or you may try to reinstall the Verizon Broadband Toolbar. 2: The Verizon Broadband Toolbar is installed, but it does not appear on the browser.
