Why do some turbo kits on eBay only cost $1200?

I was thinking about putting a turbo on a 5.0 Mustang. I see many kits on eBay that cost only $900-$1200, but other systems, like from Cartech, HP Performance or Hellion cost about $4000-$5000. I know those are quality shops, but what’s the real difference in all these turbo kits?
