Some OfficeReady Professional templates contain design elements with fill colors that are inserted in the header and footer section of the template. This makes the fill color in the design elements appear lighter. When the template is published as a PDF file using the OR Pro PDF Publisher, the design elements that contain these fill colors move to front when viewed in Adobe Acrobat making them appear brighter/darker. When I select New | Mail Merge (from the File menu or right-clicking a template) in OfficeReady Professional 3.0 to create Mail Merge documents, the selected template appears distorted in MS Word. Why does this happen? This may be due to the following reasons: • You chose to create mail merge documents by selecting the “Word Processor” option in Step 2 of the Mail Merge Wizard in ACT! 7. • You chose “Selected Group” with the “Word Processor” option selected.
