Why do some psychic readers use things like astrology or Tarot in their readings?
Psychic ability is simply one or more of our basic senses (sight, smell, taste, hearing, touching), or our sixth sense, that of intuition, that have been developed to a high degree. It is through these senses that information is received. Sometimes a psychic reader will add a tool, such as astrology or Tarot, to act as a focus. The information still comes through the reader, and through their senses.
