Why do some powwows have a sneak up song right after the victory song during grand entry?

I’ve been seeing this a lot more here in the northwest. It seems weird to call for a sneak up song because all the women are out on the floor still – some women leave the floor, some women dance stationary on the side, and some women even dance w/ the men.
