The non-qualified pension plans were terminated during the bankruptcy and payments from those plans stopped. The claims for the non-qualified pension benefits are part of two settlement agreements approved by the Bankruptcy Court. In October the Bankruptcy Court approved changes to retiree healthcare benefits for Delta retired pilots and survivors as well as Delta retired ground and flight attendant employees and survivors. The changes were part of agreements between Delta and pilot and ground/flight attendant retiree committees established by the Bankruptcy Court which contemplate claims for the affected retirees and survivors.
