Why do some people abuse power and authority?
Why do some people? All of us are susceptible for abuse concerning power & authority. All of us either you or me. So do not tell me you are not included, that is hypocrisy. Imagine yourself the next powerful person in the company. You can hire/fire people at your own will and nobody asked or question your authority. One day one employee made a terrible mistake in making some deals which concerned you with another client or company but before that this employee of the company you do not like in particular either it is his own outlook in life or because he is popular in the department. Your ego was displaced because of this guy. Will you fire him out right without investigation? Of course you do. You are as if God in that company.
