Why do some packages include a “box fee”?
If you would like to upgrade the TiVo box included in your package, a one-time “box fee” is applied to your order. For example, you may want the TiVo Series2 DT box to record 2 shows at once, more hours of programming storage, or the TiVo Series3 HD box to enjoy the TiVo service in High Definition.
