A- Monkeys made with vintage-style socks (“Rockfords”) generally have white faces, because the white toe is larger and allows for this classic style. Monkeys made from newer socks have smaller toes, and so the faces are brown. Most of Missus Mel’nee’s sock monkeys are made from the vintage socks.
