Why do some men have a problem with female auto mechanic?
It sounds like the problem is not that you’re a mechanic, I think your hubby is jealous. He seems jealous that 1) you make more money than him 2) you work with a bunch of men and 3) you’re not wearing your wedding ring, so he probably thinks you’re cheating on him or something. You should just out right ask him what the problem is, and do everything you can to affirm him. Tell him how manly he is, and how much you need and love him. Overly praise something he does well, like if he’s good at gardening lavish him with praises about how beautiful the yard looks, and how he does a good job of repairing things around the house. He’s just insecure, so its now your job to let him know he’s the only man for you.
Let start this by saying this, I’m a man and I am a mechanic. I think if a woman can do the job then DO IT ! When my wife asked me how to do something on the car I was pleased to teach her something, I see it like this if she knows how to fix some things on the car she wouldn’t be on the side of the road broken down waiting for someone to help her git the car going. And I like to cook so some women can say that I belong out under the hood the car. But you haven’t tried my home made bread.
