Why do some laser tag centers fail?
We have very little experience in this with our customers. However, based upon the data by ILTA, there is a pretty dramatic fall off within 5 years of opening for our competitors. I know we are biased, but it is your money – if you think 50% is better than 90% – please continue to pursue anything BUT Laser-Blast. With our success rate – if you really feel there is a better option – go for it. We work with our customers closely and expect that those who take success seriously will take advantage of our experience and genuine interest in their success. Good people make all the difference. Having the best tools in your work is something that craftsmen always appreciate. But it is the craftsman more than the tool that is the difference.
