Why do some juicer companies offer ten, twelve, even life-time warranty on their juicers?
This is what we call in the industry “arbitrary unknowable periods of warranty” (in other words, guessing with unknown factors) and is simply a marketing ploy that has no bearing or relationship whatsoever to the integrity, ability, and lasting qualities of the machines in question, unless of course, they don’t expect them to be used. We are familiar with the machines and companies you are alluding to, and to the best of our knowledge, none of the machines (and some of the companies) in question have been around long enough to substantiate any of their warranty periods or lifetime claims. We have extended our warranty period from two years on the Green Power to five years on the Green Star because it is deserving of it, and we have the history of the use of tens of thousands of juicers over many years to substantiate our authorized warranty period.
