Why do some instances break the naming convention?
When the current naming convention was decided upon, there were already thousands of instances named differently. Rather than spending a lot of time on renaming those instances, it was decided to leave them as they were and instead spend the time improving Silgrad Tower. However all future instances are named according to the convention.
