Why do some images on web pages seem to be low quality?

One of the ways WebAccel provides accelerated speed is to reduce the size of image files by reducing the overall quality of the image. WebAccel provides five different levels of image quality, from no image adjustment (full quality), to a high level of image adjustment. Lower quality images will result in a faster web browsing experience. Full quality images will reduce web browsing speeds. To view a single image in full quality right-click on the image and select “Refresh Picture with Full Quality” or “Refresh Page with Full Quality”. Customers that always wants full quality images should set their Graphic Image Acceleration (Click on the Propel System Tray Icon -> Options -> Graphics and Ads) to “Low Acceleration”.
