Why do some ghosts haunt houses and yet so many haunt cemeteries?
On the contrary, I find cemeteries very peaceful. Im no psychic but it doesnt seem scary. I dont think that spirits haunt cemeteries much because only their bodies are there which are basically just empty shells of a person. They are no longer attached to it. I think that spirits “haunt” or manifest in places where they are most attached to when they still walked with the living. So I think that in the event that they dont cross over, they will choose to remain where they were the happiest and I also think this holds true to the form they choose (as a child, teenager, etc) Some spirits might also haunt (typically in older) places because they have not moved on. I think that this happens when they believe that they are still alive and the living are being a nuisance to them.
They do it to trick you. They do many many things to trick you into false ideas. !st look at Lucifer. The father of ALL lies. His goal is deception. He hates us and since he cant beat God he wants to take us with him to hell. Just ponder this for a minute. You can see for yourself they flee in Jesus name- this is the best way to banish them. Hebrews 9:27 declares, “Man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment.” That is what happens to a person’s soul-spirit after death—judgment. The result of this judgment is heaven for the believer (2 Corinthians 5:6-8; Philippians 1:23) and hell for the unbeliever (Matthew 25:46; Luke 16:22-24). There is no in-between. There is no possibility of remaining on earth in spirit form as a “ghost.” If there are such things as ghosts, according to the Bible, they absolutely cannot be the disembodied spirits of deceased human beings nor can reincarnation occur.
