Why do some geocoding services cost two credits?
ArcWeb Services provides two services for address geocoding: Address Finder and Address Manager. The Address Finder Web Service allows you to input a street address and receive a candidate list and associated x,y coordinates. You can also input x,y coordinates and receive corresponding street addresses. However, you cannot store the results. Pricing is based on the actual data source used. There is no cost for attempted requests that fail.
