Some games use older versions of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and cannot display certain image types. To fix this, change your Image Setting to the maximum quality level or upgrade to the newest JRE. Some Macromedia Flash games may not work with TELUS Fast Dial-up service. To disable Fast Dial-up service from working on Macromedia Flash: To disable Macromedia Flash compression:Windows users • Click on the TELUS Fast Dial-up icon in the bottom right corner of your computer screen. • Select settings. • Select the options tab. • De-select Macromedia Flash. • Select OK.Macintosh users • Click on the TELUS Fast Dial-up icon at the bottom of your screen. • Select the Features tab in the TELUS Fast Dial-up application window that appears on your desktop. • Uncheck the Enable Macromedia Flash compression box. • Click Apply.
