Why do some foods seem more likely to cause food intolerances than others?

Two main factors influence the development of IgG food intolerances: the amount of a particular food in the diet and how well it is able to stimulate antibody production. Foods eaten in large quantities are more often associated with food antibody production and in addition some foods are more ‘immunogenic’ than others i.e. are more able to cause antibody production.
