The initial loading of information takes some time (especially the Coding). After you use it once, it is loaded into your PocketPC’s memory, and will run instantly afterward. The best workaround to this problem is to leave the program running at all times, then you won’t experience the initial long load time. Also, see question below if you have a PocketPC 2002 device.
