A. This issue is related to Cisco bug ID CSCdt88076 ( registered customers only) . This issue has been known to occur with Catalyst 2820 switches, but could occur with any device. As a workaround, determine which device causes the problem and remove it from the hwreport.dat file before you import into RTM.
