Why do some business plans fail?
Just to get a clarication, is the question really, why do businesses fail? or why do business PLANS fail? If it’s, why do businesses fail, the a majority of the comments above answers that question. But if you’re asking why do business plans fail, some of the reasons could be: -Lack of research -Not enough content -Not feasible -Unrealistic goals/milestones/financials -Underestimation of numbers -Poor decision of management The whole idea of a business plan that it is the blueprint of your company. In your business plan, you should be able to address at least 95% of any questions in regards to your business if not all of them. A lot of the problem with business plans nowadays is that it fails to do so. Business owners do not do the proper research to have the proper information needed to address the concerns of investors. Without the proper information, it just cast doubts on your investors and when they start doubting your business, that’s when your plan begins to fail. Your business
