Why do some agencies such as yourself charge for viewing trips and some dont??
There are obviously expenses incurred by Agencies such as Real Estate Bulgaria when providing viewing trips e.g. Petrol, our representatives time and travelling expenses etc. Real Estate Bulgaria aim to give our clients a very low cost service, and we therefore need to keep our expenses to a minimum. We dont wish to increase our other fees to cover viewing trip expenses as this would effectively mean clients who chose to buy would paid for the viewing trip expenses of those who dont. We think the fairest way is to charge a small amount to everyone who goes on a viewing trip with us.
