Why Do So Many People NOT Eat More Vegetables & Nutritional Supplements?
Why do so many people not take dietary supplements or eat more vegetables. The reasons or excuses are endless. I will touch some other areas this article. I mentioned the last article time could be a factor, people may not think they do anything for them. Some may choose that the do not see or feel any different. But let me touch some another concepts. First, maybe some of us have been mislead and told that they are useless and believed it so they never bothered. To this day I realize that health issues of taking care of yourself has become more important, that is understandable, but never a sure fire way to take stay healthy. We have all read some pointers of this food is bad or this drink is not to healthy. Eat this food is good for this or this food is good for that. And the information is usually discarded. Anyone can pick up a health book and they can remedy this problem, can they take the initiative to buy one, read, and follow it. Well get out the dice and see if 7 or 11 comes u
