WHY DO SO MANY CANDIDATES FAIL THE BAR EXAM?
The vast majority of unsuccessful examinees fail for one of two reasons: First, they fail because they simply do not devote enough time to bar study. Second, and much more common, they fail because they fall into traps which result in insufficient, unfocused or over broad preparation. They make major mistakes in their preparation, about which they’ve not been warned, and, without such warning, would have no reason to be otherwise aware.
