Why do SJP and Kim Cattrall allegedly hate each other?
Money is supposedly the root cause. Kim felt she should be earning just as much as SJP and her argument was that she was as important to the show as SJP, even though SJP is the main character. I think she is jealous of SJP as she is more successful and Kim has been trying to make it for years. I also heard a rumour that Kim went for the lead role in SATC first but they turned her down, saying she lacked the likability factor and her age was an issue. Obviously, SJP is not far off Kim age wise so when they cast her then offered Kim the role she played, you can imagine how peeved she was!
