Most members of the senior management group will be subject to the highest salary reduction (10%), but rather than receiving 26 furlough days for that salary tier, they will only be allowed to take 10 furlough days. The other 16 furlough days will be forfeited even though their salary reduction remains in effect at the full 10% level.
