Why do revolving doors and Merry-go-rounds always move counterclockwise?

Answer Dear Sabrina, I have no idea why revolving doors and merry-go-rounds move counter clockwise. In the body, blood moves counterclockwise from vena cava near right shoulder down to right heart then up to pulmonary arteries, but then clockwise from left atrium near left shoulder down to left ventricle in the heart then right and up to aorta, then clockwise in the body down the aorta on the left then up vena cava on the right, except in head and neck, where blood flows just up in the arteries and down in the veins. Please let me know if you find out about revolving doors and merry go rounds.
