Why do respondents see someone elses answers?
If on creating a questionnaire it is subsequently reported that you can see other people’s responses, it usually means that you intended to set up a survey but did not set the Questionnaire Style to survey. To change this to a survey carry out the following steps: • Set up a new Questionnaire, making sure you select the survey option for Questionnaire Style. Duplicate the info for the other fields (though the value of the ‘name’ field will temporarily have to be different). • In your old questionnaire select ‘Export’ and then ‘Export to IMS QTI.’ This generates an XML file that you can save to your computer. • Go to your new questionnaire and click on ‘Import’ -> ‘Import from IMS QTI’ and select the file you have just saved. • Check that everything displays as you expect. • Move the old Questionnaire into a backup area (create a new Suite of Rooms if necessary) and remove access rights to the public. • Change the name of the new Questionnaire, set the access rights and test again. • Pu
