Why do registrations last a maximum of 10 days?
A – in practice, most clients need to use this service at infrequent intervals, eg to upload files for a particular printing project. Rather than tie up many separate DocuShare user accounts for long periods with details which are hardly used, we have found that our current system of “temporary” registrations works well for most users. When you apply to register as a DocuShare user, you can specify the number of days that you wish your registration to remain “open”, between 2 and 10 days. If you are a regular, heavy user of our services, and feel that you would like to become a “permanent” DocuShare client, please call our Customer Services department on 830 26966 to discuss your requirements.
