Why do purchasers have to agree to a liability waiver before they can buy a LabPaq?
A. LabPaqs have been safely used by responsible students since 1994, and there is no reason to doubt their safety when properly used. Yet, we have no control over other people’s actions and cannot insure that they really will read, understand, and fully follow all safety precautions as instructed. Nor can we prevent people from using a LabPaq in an unauthorized or irresponsible manner.
