Unlike many people, i dnt look down my nose at pregnant teenagers I live in a area where this is very common, I myself do not wish to go down that road til i am married and have lived my life. Many of my friends drop out of school after there GCSE’s so they can still do a night courses in college and stuff. But I have been told that it is because the halls in schools are to small and they are scared fo the baby getting pushed around in her tummy. My freind was pregnant at 15 ( my age) and the kids in school punched her stomache and pushed her round trying to hurt the baby. YES the baby is alive she is a lovely 2 1/2 year old now 🙂 I think the main reason is you get soo tired and walkign up and down stairs and the stress of exams and the knocking around and people looking at you all in all becomes too much for them to take and they leave school. But I dunno this is out of my friends telling me.

they drop out of school because either the school tells them they have to or they feel embarrassed to be going to school because of the size of them. Your right that they should stay in school and most of them do until the bump starts showing really bad. Most of them go to college a few months after having the baby anyway.
