why do ppl say that the bible is against interracial dating and that god would disapprove?
I don’t know who these “people” are that say such things. The way I read the bible it says ALL god’s children are equal, are to be treated equal. The New Testament is about Jesus and He was Jewish. Do you realize that it was over 300 years before the early Christians (who were all Jews) decided to allow non-Jews to become Christians? Many people seem to find what they want to find in the Bible. To me, it is a book of guidance, not laws. I read the Bible as a book which guides my moral choices, choices to be good, to not deliberately hurt others and to love my brothers and sisters. I understand that to mean I can marry a partner of any race, any age and, quite honestly, any gender. But without getting into gender issues, I find nothing in the bible that prohibits members of different races from intermarrying. As a matter of reality, we all have mixed blood in our veins.
