Why do police use traffic radar guns?
It is the job of the police to enforce all laws. Some officers specialize in traffic and spend most of their time doing that. Some only spend time responding to calls of more serious crime. Personally, I have made many arrests from what originally was a speed stop like warrants, guns, drugs, drunks, etc. There is a reason why some people speed beyond the guy that is late for work. I’m guessing you just got a speeding ticket.
