Why do plants grow faster in the sun?

0

Not all plants grow faster in the sun. Plants that need shade will not only slow down in growth, they could possibly even die from having the sun on them. So you see, all plants are not sun loving…..sun loving plants however, will grow faster in the sun because this is what they need to thrive. If you put a sun loving plant in the shade it will dramatically slow down the growth cycle. It just all depends on the plants needs.
