Why do people with Downs Syndrome look the same?
People with Down Syndrome all look the same because the missing/mutated chromosome in the individuals DNA regulates facial characteristics. These characteristics make it easy for society to identify who has DS and who doesn’t. Along with the physical appearances being the same, people with DS struggle with the same social, speech, body features, and learning differences.
