Why do people use temp agencies?
First of all, you are have absolutely zero clue what you are talk about. Some people like temping, meeting new people, having flexibility. Secondly, yeah, I could get a job that pays 8-10 and hour, but I have a degree worth far more than that, so I don’t want them thinking I am permanent on those pay terms. Plus if you are worth more, temp agencies pay you more (I made far, far more than that amount and made even more when they were able to locate me a permanent position. And 99% of temps do not end up working where they are temps. They are there to fill the position until a permanent employee is hired or until the company gets past their heavy season.
