Why do people stick their gum under restaurant tables?
I have seen people do things in restaurants that they would never do or allow in their homes. We used to dine out with our neighbours from time to time. The wife has OCD and cleans house 24/7. Their house smelled so strongly of cleaners and solvents that we couldn’t enter it. When we went to eat out she was an absolute PIG. She would spill food and drink and never attempt to clean it up or ask the wait staff to help her. The area around her seating area looked like a war zone. And, yes, her bubble gum went under the table.
