Why do people overeat?
The many subconscious reasons people overeat include: – Feelings of being out of control – Stress, and eating to distract yourself from it – Feelings of hurt or anger or loneliness – Being over-focused on the pleasures of the tastes of the food instead of the overall happiness that comes from being healthy, happy and thin. – Depression – A low self-esteem and a limiting belief that you can’t change your habits or thinking – Lack of motivation to exercize Unlike smoking or drug addictions where you can just quit outright, you can’t just quit eating. You have to know yourself, understand your needs, learn to think differently and therefore act differently as a way of life to be able to STAY IN CONTROL OF YOUR WEIGHT PERMANENTLY.
