Why do people frown upon high divorce rates?
A divorce signifies a failure to make your marriage work. We have a high divorce rate – and many broken homes, with children who suffer from those broken homes. Studies have shown that marriage is better for children. Every child is entitled to an emotionally and financially stable homelife. Why force a child to go through the loss of a parent and a home, unless it is absolutely necessary? Divorces might be rare in third world nations and primitive cultures, but families are closer and more loving. Divorce is never healthy. That is absolute nonsence.
