OK, the universe is huge beyond human imagination, and our earth is such an infinitesimally tiny speck that it doesn’t even register in all that immense space. Thank you, Paul, we’ve got the concept. I’m scratching my head here, and trying to figure out what all that has to do with why folks choose to reject the notion that God created it, or what it might have to do with the notion of evolution… Ahh, well, maybe I’m just not cool enough. All Paul managed to do for me was to point out just exactly how powerful God actually is. To answer your question, though, England: Darned if I know.
