Why do people deny the existence of global warming?
people are trying to deny it so that they can keep the same lifestyle as they have now, if people acknowledged global warming, they would have to give up and make an effort to end it, but as long as it doesnt exist then it is still applicable for people to do nothing and pretend they dont need to fix the problem. Also, it makes a great political standpoint for the republican party which has to defend it based on the fact that they have the ability to deny it, and this is the only reason that it is legal to deny it.
