Why do people buy paper shredders?? ?
Most people who buy paper shredders want to destroy sensitive documents in such volume that it would take a really long time to do it by hand. Often companies have them to destroy records that they no longer need but that they don’t want other people to know the information on, and they will have boxes and boxes of the stuff, so it would take too long without the shredder.
