Why do people blame Arnold for Calif. ious?
Because Arnold could have ( and should have ) vetoed every spending bill since he was elected. He actually is just as much to blame as the state congress. They all should go. All funding for illegals should stop, including school. Welfare should be cut in half. People come here just because we pay the most and check the least.. Paying people to have babies is stupid. Hundreds of items i could list to save BILLIONS of $$$$.
