Many great answers about business email writing and email etiquette so far – thank you. Email is a primary tool used for daily communication and project management at all levels of the organization… and all of those messages which must be written by the people involved impact their personal & professional brand & reputation. Ramnath and Anthony have mentioned the need for email writing and email etiquette training… and I totally agree. As a trainer who delivers one-on-one and group email writing and email etiquette training – I’ve seen the positive impact a three hour email training session can have on an individual / team / company.
