Why do people always use snipers on war games?
Some people find it easy to snipe while hiding but whenever I snipe I do it to p*ss people off because they come at me with a rifle when I’m walking around and then i just look through the scope and boom headshot. Besides that like others have said they are made for one shot kills (which also happen to p*ss people off).
Sniping actually wouldn’t be a bad thing if it was actually made anything like it. Take classic COD for example, aim your scope on ’em, whether it head or body (the pathetic thingis NO MATTER WHAT, even if you stand still, people NEVER bother to aim for the head, it’s pathetic), they’ll more than likely die in 1-hit. If Sniping was made more realistically it would be BETTER, but alas, even with it being such a cheap way to win, it still is very fun, simply because it is a 1-hit kill from a distance, just a sense of satisfaction. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is a bit different, as bullets drop as they travel, yet this still a stupidly biased system as the game is 60% of the time going to give you headshot kill even when you shoot them in the f*cking leg, no matter what gun, so naturally, even with it always taking 2 hits to the body to kill, it’ll always somehow give you a headshot, and yet when it comes to ACTUALLY getting a headshot, it doesn’t give you the f*cking kill. Sooooo, yeah, s
