Why do Pegoretti currently use only totally round tubes?
All the frames we produce use round and cylindrical tubes, that is without a profile. Naturally the diameters and thickness of the tubes that result are those needed to build a certain sized frame for a rider of a certain weight. This is why we keep the round form tubes as they generally offer better performance in respect of the varied profile tubes considering the complexity of loading and the direction of stress applied to the frame.
