Why do parts of the survey seem vague and /or irrelevant in places?
The survey is designed to be a general measuring tool across an organization. In some cases, certain items may apply more to one part of an organization than to other parts. If you are uncomfortable with or feel that a particular item does not apply to you, you may always select the N/A (not applicable) response. However, if you answer N/A too much, the results will be difficult to compile and analyze possibly distorting survey results.
